Have you synced mail and calendars to your mobile? This makes all your meeting records available on the go. Another trick includes using hyperlinks in the notes which contain links to files stored in the cloud. Therefore papers for meetings do not have to be carried around again. Finally and notes and papers can be photographed and sent from your device to be attached to the event later. Be sure to set the meeting to private. Any video or audio recordings can also but saved.

A site i have recently come across although i have not had chance to try and test yet.
