A site i have recently come across although i have not had chance to try and test yet.

Voki (Avatars)

Having come across this website http://www.voki.com/ i feel there is a lot of potential for creating excellent resources. One suggestion would be to get learners to create an avatar of themselves which can be embedded into their own blog. The recording function allows learners to input their own audio to be spoken. This could be information about a project or an assignment brief. A blog could then be used at a reflective journal www.blogspot.com .
